Currently, I work as a bioinformatician supporting the work of the CRUK RadNet programme. As part of the RadNet research team, we aim to gain a better understanding of the evolutionary trajectories of tumours in head and neck cancers. Before joining the Wedge group, I worked as a bioinformatician in the Nagarajan lab here in Manchester, where I focused on chromatin remodelling and enhancer RNAs in breast cancers. Prior to this, I completed a PhD at the University of Warwick, where I explored the role chromatin remodelling complexes in maintenance and differentiation of trophoblast stem cells in the placenta.
