I am a computational biologist in the division of cancer sciences at the University of Manchester. My research interest revolves around data science, machine learning, computational biology, genomics and metagenomics. I am also interested in cancer evolution and heterogeneity. I am currently involved in a project that studies breast cancer in Nigerian women. I perform mutational signature analysis and correlate them with cancer aetiologies.
