As a member of the Wedge Lab, I am working as a Bioinformatician in the NIHR Manchester Biomedical Research Centre Next Generation Phenotyping and Diagnostic and Next Generation therapeutics teams. My research interest revolves around integrating multiomics and machine learning. Prior, I worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Cancer research centre, King’s College London. My project was about understanding the early molecular and immunological events that lead to the establishment of disease.
