I am a first year PhD Student in cancer genomics funded by ACED (Alliance for Cancer Early Detection) with a background in mathametics, software engineering and health data science. I previously worked as a Research Assistant in the centre for Biostatistics here in Manchester on gene x environment interaction in prostate cancer. My PhD project is in Machine Learning Methods for Spatial Transcriptomics on Prostate Cancer in Kenya.
