PanProstate Cancer Group Meeting - Camogli 2022

After countless zoom meetings the PanProstate Cancer Group (PPCG) held its first in person meeting in two years in Italy mid-October 2022. It was great to meet our collaborators, both old and new, in person after seeing their faces on screens, week after week. The quaint town of Camogli and its surrounding hills served as a beautiful backdrop for this long awaited congress and provided ample opportunity for team building social activites, such as a hike through olive groves to the church of San Rocco and a day trip to Portofino. There’s no doubt this medley of presentations, dinners, and extracurricular activities sparked many a new idea and perhaps some new collaborations.

The Wedge group was represented by David Wedge and Maria Jakobsdottir attending in person and Atef Sahli and Samson Olofinsae joining virtually. The group would like to extend their gratitude to Massimo Loda, Giuseppe Nicoló Fanelli, and Pier Vitale Nuzzo for their hard work and excellent organisation of the meeting.
