Manchester Cancer Research Centre

Hi, I am a PhD student funded by MCRC-CRUK. I am researching how chemotherapy resistance develops in ovarian cancer. Specifically, I will be analysing the karyotypes, genomes, methylomes, transcriptomes and proteomes of samples taken before and after chemoresistance develops.

My background is in Biochemistry, and I completed a master’s project investigating the effect of the tumour microenvironment on tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes in ovarian cancer. Following this, I worked as a research associate at InstilBio and as a lab technician for the Davis group, both focusing on immunotherapies for ovarian cancer.
