My research interests include computational biology, genomics and transcriptomics. My research focuses on uncovering mutational signatures in breast and esophageal cancers to understand their etologies under the supervision of Prof. David Wedge. The aim of this research is to integrate genomic insights into clinical practice, enabling precision oncology to improve outcomes for patients with breast and esophageal cancers.
