I have just finished my master courses on bioinformatics in the Univeristy of Manchester, and now I am a research assistant in David Wedge lab! I did wet experiments like DNA colon and cell culture in my undergraduate school and now I focus on Prostate Cancer Genomics using R. I’m currently working on Timing model uisng PPCG data, trying to figure out prostate cancer evolutionary trajectory. I hope to learn more computational skills to deal with genomical issue!
